The Wisdom Family Foundation proudly stands as a founding partner of Fostering Success, an organization transforming lives by connecting foster youth with dedicated mentors. These relationships go beyond traditional mentoring - they are partnerships that equip young people with essential life skills in financial literacy, career development and personal wellness as they navigate their transition to independence.

The challenge is significant: Among the 424,000 youth in foster care nationwide, 20,000 transition out of the system each year. Their path is often difficult - within four years, 70% rely on government assistance, 25% haven't completed high school and 29% struggle with housing security. Fostering Success directly addresses these challenges by creating a support network that empowers youth with practical skills and vital resources for their journey ahead.

Under the leadership of Kristi Wisdom, president of Wisdom Family Foundation and co-founder of Fostering Success, the organization continues to expand its impact. Through strategic partnerships and a growing mentor network, we are creating more opportunities for foster youth to build the foundations for a successful future.
